Spiritual & Inner Work
As you might have noticed already, for me, healing isn’t only physical — it’s also an unfolding of awareness. Beyond food, movement, and lifestyle lies another layer: the inner world, where beliefs, memories, and subtle energies shape how we feel and respond to life. “Spiritual” doesn’t have to mean floating away — it can be as simple as becoming more aware of what’s going on inside.
This space is not about dogma or religion. It’s about curiosity. About discovering the unseen parts of ourselves — the past stored in the body, the patterns that repeat, the intuitive signals we often ignore. For some, this spiritual awareness happens in silence or nature; for others, through deeper practices that reconnect us with who we truly are.
Everyone’s path looks different. What matters is that it feels true for you. Whether it’s exploring the language of numbers, awakening inner energy, revisiting the past, or understanding the messages of your dreams — each doorway offers a way to release old weight and move closer to balance, clarity, and peace. This is exactly what I want to explore in order to peel another layer of the onion.
Numerology
Numerology (but also Human Design) is an ancient system that translates your birth date and/or name into energetic patterns — revealing strengths, challenges and life themes that often mirror your inner journey.
It doesn’t predict the future, but it helps you understand your unique blueprint: why certain lessons keep appearing, and what drives your deeper purpose.
Many experience it as a mirror that brings compassion and insight into who they already are.
Dreams
Dreams are the language of the unconscious — a nightly reflection of what your waking mind may overlook.
By paying attention to recurring symbols, emotions, or storylines, you can uncover insights about unresolved emotions or inner needs. Dream work isn’t about decoding everything literally; it’s about learning to listen.
When we do, the psyche often finds its own way to heal and restore balance.
Regression Therapy
Regression therapy is a gentle process that uses relaxation and guided imagery to explore the subconscious mind — revisiting earlier life experiences or symbolic stories to clear out trauma or karmic ballast.
The goal isn’t to get stuck in the past, but to release emotional imprints that still shape present behaviour or pain. Many find it deeply freeing, as it offers perspective, forgiveness, and integration of hidden layers of the self.
Kundalini activation
Kundalini activation works with the body’s dormant life force energy, often described as resting at the base of the spine.
When gently awakened through sound, movement, or presence, it can clear energetic blockages, heighten awareness, and restore a natural flow of vitality.
People describe sensations of warmth, light, or emotional release — a reminder that healing can move through us rather than be forced.
